Jack
Starr's interest in photography started at the age of twelve with
his first Brownie camera. He has attended many workshops, including
several from Stuart Scofield of Mono
Basin Photographics.
Jack's photos have won prizes at the Monterey County Fair. The
Girl in the Garden is one of his prize-winning photos.
His past experience includes both 35-mm and medium format photography,
but now he works solely with digital cameras and uses Photoshop
for editing the photos.
His specialties include creating panoramas by combining overlapping
images. See some examples of these
panoramas.
